@ 345 Harrison

True story- I lived on Cortes St. in Bay Village in 2017-2018. I would frequently walk to the Whole Foods at Ink Block as that was my neighborhood grocery store. Across the way was an empty lot surrounded by a fence with a scrim that read “Name this building and win $1000!”. This is the current site of the building called 345 Harrison. I only hope they didn’t waste their $1000 prize on that entry. Unlike the unimpressive name, the 585 unit behemoth building is anything but. The U shape lends itself to a great community…

@ Serenity

Serenity. Not exactly a word you would think would fit a building that’s jammed between a main, busy street with a streetcar running on it and a major parkway with 4 lanes of traffic. Surprisingly enough, once you get inside the Serenity, you do have a sense of calmness thanks to their interior design, carefully crafted units and super friendly staff. Located at 101 S. Huntington Ave. where Mission Hill-meets-Brookline-meets-Jamaica Plain, the 195 unit building was squeezed into what seems like an impossible space but once inside, you’d never guess. The lobby is exquisite. It’s towering ceilings…

Opening in May 2017, the $20M Brighton Landing MBTA Commuter Rail stop on the Framingham/Worcester line was entirely financed by New Balance with hopes of revitalizing a once bland and uninviting neighborhood into something of a micro community. With additions of the Bruins and soon-to-come Celtics practice facilities, a handful of coffee shops and restaurants along with an entertainment venue, I’d say MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.  Brighton Landing is now a destination and feels like a very comfortable…

@ MetroMark

This installment of Inside Look is taking us outside Downtown Boston proper and into an area where we’ve seen some VERY rapid development in the past 3 years-Jamaica Plain. Specifically, the Forest Hills T station area and it’s few square blocks have been undergoing a serious redevelopment for the past couple of years including re-routing of traffic and all new roads leading to and from the Arborway. Resting on the edge of here and ready for you to take advantage of all those conveniences is the MetroMark building located at 3611 Washington St., Jamaica Plain. MetroMark’s 283…
