Inside Look

@ Serenity

Serenity. Not exactly a word you would think would fit a building that’s jammed between a main, busy street with a streetcar running on it and a major parkway with 4 lanes of traffic. Surprisingly enough, once you get inside the Serenity, you do have a sense of calmness thanks to their interior design, carefully crafted units and super friendly staff. Located at 101 S. Huntington Ave. where Mission Hill-meets-Brookline-meets-Jamaica Plain, the 195 unit building was squeezed into what seems like an impossible space but once inside, you’d never guess. The lobby is exquisite. It’s towering ceilings…

@ Lantera at Boston Landing

Brighton Landing is one of the biggest- if not THE biggest- thing to happen in Brighton in a very long time. Opening in May 2017, the $20M Brighton Landing MBTA Commuter Rail stop on the Framingham/Worcester line was entirely financed by New Balance with hopes of revitalizing a once bland and uninviting neighborhood into something of a micro community. Which is why we’re here for you and why you read these, amirite? 1443 Beacon was bought in 2015 by a large management company with deep roots in the Brookline area. They have spent the better part of the past 2 years going through the building doing some major improvements inside and out which is why we thought it was a good idea to re-acclimate…

@ Pierce Boston

We know of it. We’ve all heard about it. It has legit changed the Boston skyline making it impossible to miss. It has raised the bar for luxury in the City. And now, we present to you an Inside look @ Pierce Boston. Those of us who have lived in Boston for a while remember the old DiAngelo’s which anchored the sliver of land splitting Brookline Ave. and Boylston St, namely 188 Boylston St. We remember the dilapidated buildings on either side of it hosting storage and a liquor store, among other inconsequential things. The location is…
